• Communicate via phone, email, and in-person with students and parents
• Answer and direct phone calls taking detailed messages
• Return customer phone calls providing sufficient answers to questions
• Perform clerical work such as typing documents, printing, copying, faxing
• Assist with office email and phone answering questions and directing emails to appropriate persons
• Complete projects for the assistant directors within the office
• Assist with Financial Aid sessions for newly admitted students
